Our fleet is made up of coaches ranging from 13 to 82 seats with air-conditioning and lap/sash seat belts as standard, and most come fitted with tv/dvd and p/a system. We also have wheelchair accessible options available.

Q: I have hired a bus from you for a school excursion and now have a few extra passengers. Can I sit some students “3 to a seat”?

A: Unfortunately not. As all our buses are fully seat belted, the law states that we can only sit one passenger per seating position. However, depending on availability we may be able to upgrade you to a larger bus. Please contact our office to enquire.

Q: I will be travelling on one of your buses with an infant, how does this work?

A: All our buses have 6 child restraint points in them. You will need to bring an approved child safety seat that you can install before departing. It is advisable that your group organiser notifies our office if child seats need to be fitted, so we can schedule the bus to arrive a little earlier to allow time.

Q: How do I book and pay for a charter?

A: Firstly you will need to contact our office and arrange for a quotation to be sent to you via email. Then when you are happy to proceed simply follow the instructions contained in the quotation to confirm it. Generally “one off” hires require a deposit on booking and the balance of payment to be settled 7 days prior to travel. Account customers will be sent an invoice at the end of each week, with payment being required 7 days following that. All of our terms and conditions for hire and payment are conveniently included with your quotation.
