Willunga Charter acknowledges the objectives of the Commonwealth Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and the critical importance of eliminating all forms of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour from operations and supply chains. While our annual consolidated revenue is below the $100 million threshold for mandatory reporting, we are committed to voluntarily aligning our practices with the intent of the Act and to supporting our customers in meeting their own obligations as a reporting entity.

Our approach is designed to go beyond minimum expectations for a non-reporting entity, while remaining proportionate to our operational scale. This ensures that our commitments are both credible and deliverable, and that they directly support our customer’s ethical procurement objectives.
